The City of Laurel Building Department regulates most aspects of construction and municipal issues including building, construction, zoning, working in the public right-of-way, municipal code enforcement, and complaints.  With the exception of zoning, the jurisdiction of this department is within the Laurel city limits.  The zoning jurisdiction of the City of Laurel extends one mile beyond the Laurel city limits.  Click on any link to view or obtain related information or permits.
